Cancellation Policy

To make a cancellation please contact Kapstone at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled meeting. If you book on a pay as you go basis and fail to show up for your class then a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from what you paid and you will be refunded the remainder. If you purchased a Kapstone Plan, then half a lesson will be deducted from your package. Please send your cancellation note to info@kapstoneacademics.com 48 hours before the beginning of your event.
